Job Description
Responsibilities
- Plan, design, and implement IT Service Management processes
- Tailor the service measurement framework and define metrics and KPIs that best fit the client environment
- Collaborate with partners and their teams on IT Service Management projects and IT operation improvement tasks
- Prepare and present reports, reviews, and dashboards based on service performance and quality
- Build and maintain relationships with partners while assessing agreements
- Communicate and consult with relevant stakeholders about service-related changes
- Act as the bridge between clients and IT
Qualifications
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar role as an IT Process / Service Specialist
- Fluency in Hungarian and working proficiency in English
- Strong understanding of Enterprise IT architectures
- Experience incorporating service specifications, measurement methodologies, and standards into written agreements

- Knowledge of Lean, Kaizen, or Six Sigma methodologies
- Familiarity with process design frameworks
