Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Plan, design, and implement IT Service Management processes
  • Tailor the service measurement framework and define metrics and KPIs that best fit the client environment
  • Collaborate with partners and their teams on IT Service Management projects and IT operation improvement tasks
  • Prepare and present reports, reviews, and dashboards based on service performance and quality
  • Build and maintain relationships with partners while assessing agreements
  • Communicate and consult with relevant stakeholders about service-related changes
  • Act as the bridge between clients and IT

Qualifications

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar role as an IT Process / Service Specialist
  • Fluency in Hungarian and working proficiency in English
  • Strong understanding of Enterprise IT architectures
  • Experience incorporating service specifications, measurement methodologies, and standards into written agreements

Nice to have

  • Knowledge of Lean, Kaizen, or Six Sigma methodologies
  • Familiarity with process design frameworks
