Job Description
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement observability solutions, with a strong focus on monitoring, logging, and event management.
- Work closely with partners and internal teams to improve IT processes and service monitoring capabilities.
- Define and track key observability metrics and KPIs to assess system performance and efficiency.
- Leverage tools like Dynatrace or other monitoring platforms to provide real-time insights and analytics.
- Provide guidance on best practices in observability and proactive incident prevention.
- Prepare reports and dashboards that offer actionable insights for IT and business stakeholders.
- Ensure alignment of observability strategies with ITIL standards and organizational objectives.
Qualifications
Requirements
- At least 4 years of experience in monitoring roles.
- Native Hungarian proficiency and professional English proficiency, both written and spoken.
- Proven expertise in observability, monitoring, and event management practices.
- Hands-on experience with Dynatrace or similar observability platforms.
- Strong understanding of enterprise IT architectures and operational workflows.
- ITIL 3 or 4 Foundation certification is a plus.
- Familiarity with OpenTelemetry and Prometheus is an advantage.
