Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and implement observability solutions, with a strong focus on monitoring, logging, and event management.
  • Work closely with partners and internal teams to improve IT processes and service monitoring capabilities.
  • Define and track key observability metrics and KPIs to assess system performance and efficiency.
  • Leverage tools like Dynatrace or other monitoring platforms to provide real-time insights and analytics.
  • Provide guidance on best practices in observability and proactive incident prevention.
  • Prepare reports and dashboards that offer actionable insights for IT and business stakeholders.
  • Ensure alignment of observability strategies with ITIL standards and organizational objectives.

Qualifications

Requirements

  • At least 4 years of experience in monitoring roles.
  • Native Hungarian proficiency and professional English proficiency, both written and spoken.
  • Proven expertise in observability, monitoring, and event management practices.
  • Hands-on experience with Dynatrace or similar observability platforms.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise IT architectures and operational workflows.
  • ITIL 3 or 4 Foundation certification is a plus.
  • Familiarity with OpenTelemetry and Prometheus is an advantage.

  • Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging both technical and business stakeholders.
