The designers are a team of 6 and they are part of our digital product development team, the APPIC.

As a member of the design team you will have a chance to work on diverse projects, both national and international. You”ll be involved in various tasks like wireframing, prototyping, UX research, brand strategy, service blueprint etc. And you can learn and grow according to your own goals and visions.

Through our mentoring program, you can get and give feedback on the projects you work on, the team and the cooperation, the company or other topic that comes to your mind.

Besides the professional environment, the design team (and the whole team of Hiflylabs) lays great emphasis on team building and community starting with

• Team days in the office (around 2 times a week)
• Going on company retreats 3 times a year (1 in September, where the whole Hiflylabs team is there and 2 in May and December, where only the APPIC team members are present)
• Smaller team building activities throughout the year

Tasks you might work on

• Understanding business goals and user needs, take part in crafting product specification
• Designing UI for mobile and web applications
• Taking part in UX researching, testing and wireframing
• Prototyping
• Designing UI animations and data visualizations

Requirements

• Experience in UX/UI design / Product design
• English language proficiency in speaking and writing
• Skilled Figma usage
• Design thinking knowledge
• Process driven with a keen eye for detail and quality
• Team player with a positive, friendly attitude
• Eager to learn and improve
• Proactive in finding solutions
• Customer focused attitude

Nice to have

• Sketch, After Effects, Blender knowledge
• 3D, AR, VR knowledge
• Experience in finance and health care sector
