What will you do?

The Solutions Director will drive our U.S. expansion by identifying and thoroughly understanding client challenges in banking, private equity, and venture capital. This role blends strategic business development with collaboration with the technical team to deliver tailored, data-driven solutions. Success requires building client relationships, uncovering opportunities, and offering innovative solutions.

Main Tasks:

• Build and manage relationships with senior decision-makers, fostering trust and long-term partnerships
• Facilitate clients in exploring and understanding business challenges, delivering actionable, data-driven solutions tailored to their needs
• Participate in consulting and implementation projects as a subject matter expert ensuring high-quality delivery
• Define project scope, tasks, and create project plans aligned with client objectives
• Prepare and deliver compelling presentations for proposals, project management updates, and solution delivery
• Act as a translator between business stakeholders and technical/data teams to ensure alignment and successful outcomes
• Monitor and ensure customer satisfaction throughout project lifecycles
• Identify relevant business opportunities and actively support business development initiatives
• Support other divisions, including analytics engineering, data platforms, and data science teams, to ensure cohesive delivery of solutions

Requirements:

• 7-10 years of consultancy experience in the financial sector, particularly in banking, private equity, or venture capital
• Sales-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills, particularly in presales engagements and stakeholder management
• Proven track record in delivering complex solutions
• Strong project management skills, including defining scope, creating plans, and delivering results aligned with client expectations
• International experience is preferred, but Hungarian professionals with a track record in global markets are also encouraged to apply
• Willingness to travel internationally (around 10%)
