Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Assisting the sales manager in identifying business challenges and opportunities for growth.
  • Building and nurturing strong, lasting relationships with international clients across the US and Europe.
  • Proactively maintaining and enhancing client satisfaction levels.
  • Working closely and collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Facilitating effective communication and coordination between different departments to meet client needs.
  • Supporting a sales manager in the day-to-day tactical approaches for client relationship and success management including value proposition, proposal creation, and contracting.
  • Collaborating with subject matter experts to articulate compelling value propositions to clients.
  • Supporting lead generation initiatives through proactive outreach and networking activities.
  • Managing sales operations and administrative tasks.

Qualifications

Requirements

  • Experience in business development, sales, or account management.
  • Proficiency in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills. 
  • Proven ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Understanding of emerging technologies and their practical applications in client solutions.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.

Nice to have

  • Knowledge of all other languages is a plus (e.g. Spanish, French, etc.)
  • Experience in the field of information technology.
  • Experience and openness to create and share content on LinkedIn, as well as do outreach campaigns.
