Responsibilities

• Create, tailor, and implement IT operational processes, focusing on observability,  event management, configuration management, and CMDB
• Cooperate with our partners and their teams on different IT Processes and Service Management projects and IT Operation improvement tasks
• Define metrics and KPIs for process effectiveness, tailoring them to client environments in alignment with ITIL standards
• Conduct training sessions and provide guidance to stakeholders on effectively utilizing key observability and configuration processes
• Prepare and present reports, reviews, and dashboards that support IT operational insights and decision-making
• Communicate and present your thoughts in an understandable way to both business and IT stakeholders

Requirements

• At least 4 years of experience in IT service management roles
• Native Hungarian proficiency and professional English proficiency, both written and spoken
• Demonstrated experience and strong background in observability and monitoring practices
• Hands-on experience in implementing and managing CMDB
• Deep understanding of Enterprise IT architectures and working model
• ITIL 3 or 4 foundation certification

• Determined, with a strong ability to represent client interests
