Job Description
Responsibilities
- Be part of the Finance team dealing with complex administrative tasks
- Keep close contact with the employees on all labor-related terms
- Prepare employment contracts and sub-contractor documents
- Take part in the preparation and submission of the quarterly and yearly tax returns
- Liaise with external accounting and payroll
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of monthly and quarterly payments
- Work closely together with controlling in relation with the personnel expenses
- Deliver ad hoc tasks
Qualifications
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in the field of finance, HR, or payroll, ideally within contract management
- Intermediate proficiency in both spoken and written English
- Native Hungarian language proficiency
- Proficiency in Google Sheets and Excel (Pivot tables, advanced functions)
Personal traits
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
- Great communication and problem-solving skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Nice to have
- Qualification of Salary and Social Security Administrator or Chartered Accountant
- Working experience as part of a small or medium-sized company
