In this position, you’ll work closely with the operations team and participate in process optimization projects. 

Your main tasks: 

• Coordinate and manage internal projects

• Create business requirements for data warehouse and PBI report development

• As a business analyst, take part in the development of our in-house web application

• Develop and maintain reports (GSHEET, ad-hoc PPT)

• Utilize our knowledge and task management (e.g. ClickUp, Wikipedia) 

• Support Hiflylabs’s operational processes, 

• Efficiently organize and manage workflows
