WHAT WILL YOU DO?

• Define and execute marketing, employer branding and internal communication campaigns and activities
• Develop and manage different types of content, including English language texts (e-mails, social posts, blog articles, video scripts)
• Maintain and enhance internal communication tools to foster employee engagement and advocacy
• Conduct research, surveys, interviews, and gather insights to inform employer branding strategies
• Event management, including planning and execution of meetups and webinars
• Deep, integrated, "shoulder-to-shoulder" collaboration with recruiting, mentoring and delivery teams

WHAT DO YOU NEED TO APPLY TO THIS ROLE?

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Human Resources, or related field
• Written / verbal fluency in English
• Excellent writing and copy editing skills
• Eager to create engaging contents (LinkedIn, web, and blog posts)
• Great communicator and team player
• High energy with a positive “can-do” attitude and social skills
