WHAT WILL YOU DO?

• Collaborate with and assist Business analysts and Product designers in gathering and documenting business needs and objectives.
• Contribute to the creation of user stories, use cases, and process flows to effectively communicate requirements.
• Contribute to the design process, ensuring solutions meet business requirements and address challenges effectively.
• Support in managing IT projects, Project Administration, overseeing timelines, deliverables, and team coordination.
• Assist in creating compelling sales presentations and proposals for potential and existing customers.
• Collaborate closely with existing business analysts, developers, designers, and project managers to ensure the successful delivery of solutions.
• Actively seek opportunities to learn from experienced professionals.

WHAT DO YOU NEED TO APPLY TO THIS ROLE?

• Demonstrate eagerness to enhance skills and understanding of business processes and technology concepts.
• A generalist mindset with a strong eagerness to learn and high agency.
• Experience in web or mobile software development projects is beneficial.
• A proficient level of English with excellent copywriting and editing skills.
• A customer-oriented attitude with outstanding communication skills.
• The ability to be flexible, proactive, and efficiently manage varied tasks.
• Reliability and a supportive attitude towards team members.
