Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Cooperate with our partners and their teams on different IT Service Management project and IT Operation improvement tasks
  • Participation in ticketing system implementation projects
  • Tailor the service measurement framework, create metrics, KPIs which best fit to the client environment
  • Prepare and present reports, reviews, and dashboards based on the performance and the quality of the services
  • Build and maintain relationships with partners
  • Communicate and consult about the changes regarding the services with the concerned parties
  • Be the bridge between the clients and the IT

Qualifications

Requirements

  • You have at least 3 years of experience in similar roles
  • English language proficiency in speaking and writing
  • You had the opportunity to work as an IT Service Manager
  • You have a deep understanding of Enterprise IT architectures
  • You have a deep understanding of ticketing systems
  • You understand and communicate the business and the IT language impeccably
  • Your mindset builds around terms of processes and services
  • You can incorporate service specifications, measurement methodologies, and standards into a written agreement
  • You can easily facilitate a serious and complicated meeting
  • The service mentality is in your DNA
  • You are determined and you can represent the interests of a client
  • You are looking for new challenges and eager to learn and develop professionally
  • You have no problems with communicating and presenting your thoughts in an understandable way
