RESPONSIBILITIES

• Gathering and understanding business objectives and user needs
• Designing user journeys, identifying pain points
• Developing an optimal service blueprint, identifying touchpoints, risks and opportunities on Product Design projects
• Conducting workshops, representing UX aspects
• Liaising and working with stakeholders, participating in specification and review processes to ensure the best possible user experience
• Professional leadership of product discovery projects
• User testing, interviewing and insight gathering, persona creation
• Leadership and mentoring of team members and client

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 3-4 years Product design/Service design experience
• Fluent Hungarian language proficiency
• Proficiency in written and spoken English at an active, negotiation level
• Practical knowledge of design thinking methodology
• User-centred mindset
• Understanding and high level of project insight
• Thorough knowledge of Figma, fluent in its use
• Constructive approach
• Strong communication skills
• Knowledge of industry trends, innovative technologies, buzzwords

NICE TO HAVE

• AI, 3D, AR, VR design experience
• Experience in branding
• Experience in financial and healthcare sectors
