As an Entrepreneur in Residence / Program Manager at HiPeople you will jump on a broad range of initiatives which you will fully own and execute on 🤸‍♀️ 

The range of initiatives will encompass the functions of operations, go-to-market, and product and allow for a high degree of freedom, hence room to grow. 👩‍🚀

What you'll get to do...

• take over roughly defined initiatives in the areas of operations, go-to-market, product
• own initiatives end-to-end, from planning over execution to review and iterating
• spot rooms for growth within all areas of our company and team and make those usable
• work closely with a broad set of stakeholders
• build a deep understanding of modern HR tech and the early-stages of a company

This role is perfect for you if...

• you want to have a high degree of ownership in your work, and are a self-starter
• you want to collect a unique work experience setting you up to start your own company in 2-3 years
• you want to make a difference at a fast growing early stage tech company
• you have gained first full-time working experience via internships or working student positions in the fields of management consulting, early-stage technology startup, venture capital or investment banking
• you have an outstanding degree (Bachelor OR Master OR PhD) in any subject 🙂
