Requirements elicitation and management

 Accurately measure the contribution of IT projects to business value.

Track results of the solutions provided.

Prototype and co-design for innovative solutions.

Evaluate 3rd party solutions.

Understand the customer journey and translate into user stories.

SAP Superuser experience, ideally in SAP4 HANA
