Job Description

  • To identify and pursue new business opportunities, establish partnerships, and expand the organization's market presence

  • To develop and implement strategic initiatives that drive business growth, enhance market presence, and align with the company's long-term goals

  • Work closely with marketing, sales, communications, and other teams to align business development efforts with overall organizational goals

  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends in the skincare and wellness industry

  • Identify and engage potential partners, retailers, and distributors for Herveda Botanicals products

  • Develop and execute strategies to expand product placement in physical and online retail outlets

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional strategies and campaigns that align with business development goals

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to generate leads and increase sales

  • Develop and present business proposals, pitch decks, and presentations to potential clients and partners

  • Negotiate terms and conditions of contracts, agreements, and partnerships, ensuring mutual benefits for all parties involved

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s/ Master’s degree in Business Administration or related field with at least 2+ years of experience

  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Analytical thinking, strategic planning, and problem-solving abilities

  • Strong understanding of market research, sales, and marketing principles.

  • Ability to develop and analyze business strategies, market trends, financial data, and competitive landscapes

  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions

  • In-depth understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, technical SEO, and content optimization
