Job Description

  • Develop foundational knowledge about Herveda Botanicals’ products and be able to communicate effectively with potential customers and retail partners
  •  Interact with customers in a friendly manner and maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude at all times
  •  Support conversations in-person, online and over the phone with customers.
  • Respond to all the sales and product relevant queries from customers and retail partners in a timely manner       
  • Support the business and communications team in daily operations

Qualifications

  • Living in Kathmandu Valley, must own a smartphone and have two-wheeler license
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English and Nepali)
  • Comfortable using social media platforms (Facebook/ Instagram) and handling customer calls
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively 
  • High School Diploma or equivalent certificate; College Degree preferred, experience in customer service or marketing is a plus
  • Eagerness to learn and grow with the company, have a fun positive attitude and can work collaboratively with a team!

Internship Duration:

  • 3 months       
  • Full time paid internship ·     
  •  6 days a week (Sun - Fri)
