Company Description
Pavilion Entertainment a new media company incorporated in Trinidad and Tobago. It is dedicated to the original production of media projects and the regional distribution of both original and franchise programming.

Job Description
The Unit Manager will support the Location Manager and the Assistant Location Manager by being responsible for the smooth running of the unit base on location. Primary duties and responsibilities will be to:
• Collaborate with all Heads of Departments for several days of technical recces, when locations are visited and checked against each department's needs
• Establish good working relationships with the locations' owners/landlords, and note any specific technical requirements, e.g. changing fixtures and fittings, attaching lights or rigs to the property
• Assist with Movement Orders
• Check dimensions of trailers and trucks to ensure that all vehicles can fit into their allocated parking spaces
• Liaise with security staff to organise the marking out of parking areas using traffic cones
• Ensure that location owners and local residents are not overly inconvenienced by production and resolve issues that may arise
• Ensure that locations are left in good order and that letters of thanks are sent
Qualifications
Qualifications and competencies include:
• At least 4 years’ production experience
• Understanding of how film crews work on location
• Understanding of onset protocol
• Excellent knowledge relevant health and safety laws and procedures
• Ability to troubleshoot and respond quickly in any circumstances
• Excellent communication skills
• Being amiable and calm in difficult situations
• Excellent organisational skills
