Job Description

The Marketing Manager will research, engage, contract and support strategic advertising/sponsorship sales accounts related to the Caribbean Family Feud production. The Marketing Manager is also responsible for undertaking marketing strategies and coordinating the successful execution of marketing activities across the Caribbean region. 

Primary job duties and responsibilities include:

  • Ad sales and management – researching opportunities to expand advertising/sponsorship relationships and initiating contact with new potential partners
  • Traffic management – ensuring the successful execution of all broadcast ad traffic within the Caribbean Family Feud broadcast
  • Brand management – supporting third party relationships to deliver on brand objectives and strategies
  • Social media updates, monitoring and management
  • Merchandise management and sales – coordinating merchandise production, distribution and sales
  • Budget management – delivering all marketing activity within the agreed budget
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

 

All duties and responsibilities must be managed on a Caribbean regional level. 

Qualifications

Qualifications and requirements include:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Management or related field
  • Experience in coordinating marketing and branding strategies, ideally within a related environment
  • Proficiency in various social media platforms
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements
  • Goal oriented, flexible and creative under pressure
