The Heritage of Foley Campus is searching for full time relief and overnight shift RN or LPN team members.

The primary purpose of the RN or LPN Nurse Position is to utilize the nursing process in planning and providing direct care to residents as assigned. The nurse will plan, direct and carry out routines in assigned nursing units.

Skills including:

· Effective communicator with staff, families and outside agencies.

· Ability to prioritize duties.

· Customer service oriented with knowledge of successful customer service techniques.

· Ability to understand residents charts, doctor orders, resident’s plan of care, medication orders.

· Must possess the ability to effectively gather clinical data in regards to resident’s status and condition.

· Computer skills

· Current CPR certification.

Current licensure in the State of Minnesota as a Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse.

Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.

Current CPR certification.

Full Time Schedule on our relief (2:15 pm - 10:15 pm) or overnight (10:15 pm - 6:15 am) shifts, rotation of weekends and holidays.. Also, twelve hour shifts available should that work for the individual.
