As Senior Associate of Integrated Marketing (Activation), you are responsible for managing the company’s mid-to-large scale integrated ad sales marketing campaigns throughout the entire post-sale phase. A combination of external-facing client services and internal project management, you will be your clients’ champion in bringing their programs to life, as well as a team conductor orchestrating the many moving parts between sales, planning, strategy, and your counterparts in our digital, branded edit, design, community, and events teams to ensure successful activations that fulfill our clients’ objectives while staying true to our brands. This role reports to a Senior Manager of Integrated Marketing (Activation) and may also grow into a management role.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Execute and manage mid-to-large scale integrated marketing campaigns from kickoff through recap and renewal stages

  • Provide outstanding client service to brand and agency partners, owning client communication and relationship building and ensuring clients’ campaign objectives are fulfilled

  • Lead internal project management and collaboration to ensure successful and timely execution and delivery of all campaign elements

  • Directly manage junior team members as needed

  • Stay abreast of industry marketing trends and ways to enhance Her Campus Media’s offerings to remain innovative in the market

Qualifications

  • 2+ years experience in ad sales marketing at a media company and/or other relevant experience in marketing, advertising, PR, or communications

  • Strong interest in client services, with excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Proven track record of managing a range of client activations (ideally including digital, influencer and experiential)

  • Exceptional organization and time-management skills

  • Proactive and collaborative work style well suited for a nimble, highly matrixed organization

  • Comfortable analyzing quantitative data to inform campaign optimization and recaps

  • Preferred experience using Google Workspace, Dropbox, Asana, and Slack

Our timeline is to make a hire by March 1, 2022. You can expect 3 rounds of interviews, including an initial phone screen and subsequent interviews with members of the Integrated Marketing team.
