Job Description

Her Campus Media is seeking an Advertising Operations (Ad Ops) Associate to assist with the execution and management of digital advertising campaigns for leading national brands, retailers, and media companies. Brand name clients, a creative and nimble start-up culture, and sky's-the-limit opportunities for growth make this an ideal opportunity for a talented and capable self-starter interested in joining a fast-growing and profitable start-up.

Responsibilities

  • Execute the implementation of assigned ad campaigns from start to finish and ensure successful, timely execution according to insertion orders, media plans, and client KPIs

  • Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders as needed to ensure alignment and successful campaign delivery

  • Manage and monitor daily campaign reporting

  • Stay on the pulse with existing and new social advertising platforms

  • Manage programmatic inventory, trafficking and revenue via AdX

  • Contribute to ad hoc projects related to digital media/ad ops and advertising technologies

  • Reports in to the Manager of Ad Operations and Media Planning

Qualifications

  • 1-2 years experience in an ad ops role, either at an agency or at a publisher strongly preferred

  • Hands on experience with Google Ad Manager 360 and DCM strongly preferred

  • Experience with third-party ad verification partners preferred: Moat, Integral Ad Science, Doubleverify, etc.

  • Experience with third party tracking tags/pixels and reporting platforms preferred

Interview Process & Expectations

Our timeline is to make a hire by the end of June 2021. You can expect four rounds of interviews, including an initial phone screen and subsequent interviews with the Ad Ops Manager (hiring manager), the Product Manager and Integrated Marketing Manager, and finally with our three Co-founders. You will also be asked to submit a work product test during the interview process to demonstrate your marketing acumen and understanding of working with our brand.
