Her Campus seeks creative, efficient, organized and enthusiastic social media interns to work in the Her Campus office in Boston. Interns will work directly with the social media editor on writing social copy, scheduling posts, social media strategy and staying on top of viral trends. Applicants must have demonstrable interest in social media and social media marketing across multiple platforms including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest and Snapchat.
Experience doing social media for a professional platform (can be a personal blog, school organization, etc) is preferred but not required; most importantly we're looking for someone who is witty, has a sense of humor, can identify what's trending as soon as it's happening and who is able to connect with our unique audience of college women.
This internship is unpaid but can be taken for school credit, and is available on a part-time or full-time basis throughout the year.
Please note: Her Campus Media hopes to recruit and advance minorities, women, LGBTQ+, persons with disabilities, and veterans—we welcome and encourage all applicants. Our goal is for our team and culture to reflect the diversity of the global community of women we serve.
