Role Overview

As a Medical Support Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of patient care by performing administrative and clinical tasks under the supervision of providers and nursing leadership. Your work directly supports healthcare providers and contributes to the compassionate care we provide to our patients, making a meaningful impact on their experience.

What You Will Do

• Greet and escort patients to the exam room, ensuring a welcoming and comfortable environment.
• Obtain and record accurate medical histories to support patient care.
• Measure and record vital signs, contributing to patient assessments.
• Prepare patients for examinations and procedures, ensuring they are ready for the provider.
• Assist providers during examinations and procedures, facilitating efficient and effective care.

What You Will Need

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• Current BLS-C upon hire or successful completion by the end of orientation.

Preferred Qualifications

• At least one (1) year of related experience.
• Basic computer knowledge and keyboarding skills.
