Role Overview

As a Respiratory Therapy Extern, you'll play a vital role in supporting patient care under the supervision of Registered Respiratory Therapists. This position is designed for full-time students in an accredited Respiratory Therapy program, allowing you to apply classroom knowledge and clinical skills in a real-world hospital setting. Your contributions will directly impact patient outcomes while you gain valuable hands-on experience.

Required Qualifications

• Full-time student in good standing in an accredited Respiratory Therapy program, preferably affiliated with Henry Ford Health.
• Successful completion of academic and clinical competencies specific to each task.

• Affiliation with a Henry Ford Health-affiliated Respiratory Therapy program.
