Role Overview

As a Clinic Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for patients, ensuring a seamless and positive experience from check-in to check-out. You¿ll support clinic staff, medical professionals, and patients by managing registration activities, insurance verification, and financial discussions. Your role is essential in maintaining efficient clinic operations and upholding our commitment to service excellence.

What You Will Do

  • Manage patient reception, face-to-face check-in, and check-out processes.
  • Perform preregistration, insurance verification, and cash collections.
  • Reconcile patient charts and assist with patient discharge procedures.
  • Discuss general financial responsibilities with patients and connect them to the Customer Service Center when needed.
  • Work collaboratively within a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks and interruptions efficiently.

What You Will Need

Required Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to perform calculations, complete forms, and extensively utilize computer information systems.
  • Demonstrated ability to work with detailed information.
  • Strong interpersonal skills for effective communication with patients, visitors, and staff.
  • Basic computer skills, including navigating software, email, and logging in/out of systems.
  • Dependable, punctual, and able to work within a team setting.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with a clinic environment.
