**What You Will Do**

• Keep our dialysis unit running like a well-oiled machine! You'll handle stocking and custodial duties to maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming space where patients feel cared for.
• Get creative with quality improvement—help us find smarter, more efficient ways to deliver exceptional care. Your ideas and contributions matter!
• Be the go-to support for our Dialysis Nurse Manager, Technical Leader, and charge nurse, helping them focus on what they do best while you keep everything humming behind the scenes.
• Create a safe, friendly, and organized environment where both patients and staff can thrive—because a happy unit is a healthy unit!

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in a healthcare or custodial role.
• Familiarity with Lean principles or process improvement methodologies.
