Job Description

Employment Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 40 hours per week
Location: 1 Ford Place, Detroit, MI 48202
Work Setting: In-office position; remote and hybrid arrangements are not available.

**What You Will Do**

  • **Master the referral flow:** Process referrals and schedule customer visits for all Home Health Care clinical disciplines—think of yourself as the conductor orchestrating the perfect care symphony!
  • **Be the bridge builder:** Act as the go-to liaison between our amazing customers and clinicians, troubleshooting service issues and keeping everyone on the same page.
  • **Become the office MVP:** Provide stellar support to team members, medical staff, and other professionals—you'll be the person everyone knows they can count on.
  • **Thrive in the hustle:** Juggle shifting priorities and adapt to changing tasks with ease, keeping our workflow smooth and efficient while staying cool under pressure.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
  • Computer proficiency, including accurate typing and working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Strong organization skills and ability to adapt to changing priorities.
  • Strong problem-solving skills to manage office workflow effectively.
  • Previous Home Health Care experience, office/administrative support experience, or completion of a college degree.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Associates degree or college coursework in business.
  • Experience with Outlook.
