Role Overview

As a Clinic Service Representative, you¿ll be the first point of contact for patients, ensuring a seamless and positive experience. You¿ll handle patient registration, insurance verification, and financial discussions, while supporting clinic staff and contributing to a culture of service excellence. Your role is essential in creating a smooth and efficient clinic environment.

What You Will Do

  • Greet and check in patients, ensuring accurate registration and insurance verification.
  • Handle cash collections and discuss general financial responsibilities with patients.
  • Reconcile patient charts and manage discharge processes efficiently.
  • Provide excellent customer service to patients, visitors, and medical staff.
  • Work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks with frequent interruptions.
  • Support team members and contribute to a positive, service-oriented clinic culture.

What You Will Need

Required Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to perform calculations, complete forms, and utilize computer systems effectively.
  • Strong interpersonal skills for both in-person and telephone interactions.
  • Demonstrated ability to work with detailed information and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic computer skills, including navigating software, email, and logging in/out of systems.
  • Dependable, punctual, and organized with strong teamwork skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with a clinic environment.
  • Experience working with diverse populations and age groups.
