What You Will Do

  • Type routine correspondence and forms accurately and efficiently.
  • Maintain organized files and distribute departmental mail.
  • Screen visitors and telephone calls with discretion and professionalism.
  • Make grammatical and spelling corrections in correspondence as needed.
  • Organize your workload to meet established priorities.

Qualifications

What You Will Need

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
  • Literacy and experience working with Microsoft Software Programs.
  • Interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with callers and visitors.

Preferred Qualifications

  • One (1) year of experience within an office setting.
  • Previous experience scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars.
