What You Will Do:

• Keep the lab running smoothly by entering orders and processing specimens—you're basically the lab's command center!
• Be our specimen superhero: pick up, transport, track, and receive materials like a pro, following our established procedures.
• Master our lab equipment and automation systems—think of yourself as the tech-savvy keeper of our pre and post-analytic tools.
• Bring your A-game to every interaction with patients, lab staff, and caregivers—your friendly demeanor makes all the difference.
• Roll up your sleeves and perform phlebotomy services when needed—another skill in your growing lab toolkit!

Required Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and demonstrate exceptional customer service skills.
