As a Nurse Manager, you will lead, manage, and develop all aspects of patient care, ensuring clinical and educational excellence. You'll collaborate with leadership, physicians, and staff to deliver innovative, high-quality care, while fostering a collaborative team approach and managing fiscal responsibilities for your unit.

What You Will Do

  • Lead and supervise all aspects of patient care, ensuring professional and clinical excellence.
  • Collaborate with leadership and physicians to manage care for responsible patient populations.
  • Facilitate staff empowerment and innovation in patient care delivery models.
  • Assume fiscal management responsibilities for the unit.
  • Promote a multidisciplinary team approach to continuous improvement in patient care services.

     

    Qualifications

    Required Qualifications

    • Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing.
    • Current license to practice in the State of Michigan as a Registered Nurse.
    • Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in an acute care setting.
    • Demonstrated progressive nursing leadership experience.
    • BCLS/ACLS certification as required per unit standards.

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Master's Degree in Nursing, Business, Health Management, or related field.
    • ANCC recognized nursing specialty certification.
