General Summary 

Full-Time Benefit Eligible

Sign-On Bonus: $7,500

Schedule: 36 hours per week, Night Shift, 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM, Three 12-hour shifts per week, rotating every other weekend and observed holiday

Role Overview

As a Registered Nurse at Henry Ford Health, you will provide leadership in the coordination and delivery of quality, compassionate patient care. You will utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care, ensuring patients and their families receive the support they need. Your role is vital in fostering effective communication within the healthcare team and finding solutions to meet patient goals.

What You Will Do

  • Provide leadership in coordinating and delivering compassionate patient care.
  • Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
  • Delegate, supervise, and document care and teaching for patients and their families.
  • Communicate pertinent patient/family information to the healthcare team.
  • Participate in finding and implementing solutions for variances from patient goals.

 

Qualifications

What You Will Need

Required Qualifications

  • Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
  • Current licensure by the Michigan State Board of Nursing.
  • BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted

Preferred Qualifications

  • BSN preferred.
