Role Overview
As a Specialist-IS, you will play a critical role in developing, maintaining, and supporting advanced information systems and applications for designated services or areas. Your expertise will ensure seamless operations, enhance user experiences, and drive efficiency across departments. This role is vital in bridging the gap between technology and healthcare, enabling our teams to deliver exceptional patient care.

What You Will Do
- Evaluate processes, formulate systems and application designs, and develop and implement systems projects.
- Develop, implement, and support all configuration and data report changes.
- Produce routine and ad-hoc reports and queries from application systems.
- Design, build, and maintain training and development documentation for designated systems.
- Conduct end-user training for designated systems.
- Serve as a liaison between information systems and other departments on topics such as file maintenance, software changes, and problem resolution.
What You Will Need
Required Qualifications
- Experience in developing, maintaining, and supporting information systems and applications.
- Proficiency in evaluating processes and formulating systems and application designs.
- Ability to produce reports and queries from application systems.
- Skills in designing and maintaining training documentation and conducting end-user training.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in healthcare information systems.
- Familiarity with liaison roles between IT and other departments.
