As a Clinic Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for patients, ensuring a seamless and positive experience from check-in to check-out. You'll support clinic staff, medical professionals, and patients by managing registration activities, insurance verification, and financial discussions. Your role is vital in maintaining an organized, efficient clinic environment while upholding our commitment to service excellence.

What You Will Do
- Greet and check in patients, ensuring accurate registration and insurance verification.
- Handle cash collections and discuss general financial responsibilities with patients.
- Reconcile patient charts and manage discharge processes efficiently.
- Provide excellent customer service to patients, visitors, and clinic staff in person and over the phone.
- Work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks with frequent interruptions.
- Support team members and contribute to a culture of service excellence.
What You Will Need
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to perform calculations, complete forms, and extensively utilize computer information systems.
- Strong interpersonal skills for effective communication with patients, staff, and visitors.
- Demonstrated ability to work with detailed information and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer skills, including navigating software, email, and logging in/out of systems.
- Dependable, punctual, and organized with strong teamwork skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with a clinic environment.
- Experience working with diverse populations and age groups.
