Role Overview
As a Clinic Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for patients, ensuring a seamless and positive experience from arrival to discharge. You will support both patients and clinic staff by managing registration activities, insurance verification, and financial discussions, playing a crucial role in the daily operations of our clinic.

What You Will Do
- Greet patients and manage face-to-face check-in and check-out processes.
- Handle preregistration, insurance verification, and cash collections.
- Reconcile patient charts and assist with patient discharge procedures.
- Discuss general financial responsibilities with patients and connect them to the Customer Service Center when needed.
- Work collaboratively with clinic staff to meet patient needs in a timely manner.
- Contribute to a positive and efficient clinic environment through strong organizational and multitasking skills.
What You Will Need
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to perform calculations, complete forms, and extensively utilize computer information systems.
- Demonstrated ability to work with detailed information.
- li>Strong interpersonal skills for effective communication with patients, visitors, and medical staff.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with frequent interruptions.
- Basic computer skills, including navigating software, email, and logging in/out of systems.
- Dependable, punctual, and able to work within a team setting.
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with a clinic environment.
- Experience working with diverse populations and age groups.
