Role Overview

As a Registered Nurse in this role, you will provide leadership in coordinating and delivering quality, compassionate patient care. Utilizing the nursing process, you will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care for patients and their families. Your expertise will directly support patients in need of ensuring they receive the highest standard of care for our laboring and delivered moms and babies.

What You Will Do

• Provide leadership in the coordination and delivery of quality, compassionate patient care.
• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• Delegate, supervise, and document care and teaching for patients and their families.
• Effectively communicate pertinent patient/family information to the healthcare team.
• Participate in finding and implementing solutions for variances from patient goals.

What You Will Need

Required Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
• Current licensure by the Michigan State Board of Nursing.
• Health care provider certification (BCLS).

Preferred Qualifications

• BSN preferred.
• LDRP experience preferred, will consider other candidates with at least 1 yr experience.
