What You Will Do
- Provide leadership in the coordination and delivery of quality, compassionate patient care.
- Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
- Delegate, supervise, and document care and teaching for patients and their families.
- Communicate pertinent patient/family information to the healthcare team.
- Participate in finding and implementing solutions for variances from patient goals.

Qualifications
What You Will Need
Required Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
- Current licensure by the Michigan State Board of Nursing.
- Health care provider certification (BCLS).
- Clinical knowledge and analytical abilities to formulate effective nursing care plans.
- Ability to perform a wide variety of professional nursing services.
- Effective communication skills with patients, families, and hospital personnel.
Preferred Qualifications
- BSN preferred.
