Role Overview: As a Registered Nurse, you will provide leadership in coordinating and delivering compassionate patient care. You¿ll utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care, while effectively communicating with patients, families, and the healthcare team. Your role is critical in ensuring patient goals are met and solutions are implemented, making a direct impact on patient outcomes and experiences.

What You Will Do:

• Lead the coordination and delivery of compassionate, quality patient care.
• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• Delegate, supervise, and document care and teaching for patients and families.
• Communicate pertinent patient/family information to the healthcare team.
• Participate in finding and implementing solutions for variances from patient goals.

What You Will Need:

Required Qualifications:

• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
• Current licensure by the Michigan State Board of Nursing.
• Health care provider certification (BCLS).
• Clinical knowledge and analytical abilities to formulate effective nursing care plans.
• Ability to perform a wide variety of professional nursing services.
• Effective communication skills with patients, families, and hospital personnel.

Preferred Qualifications:

• BSN preferred.
