Role Overview

As an RN- Cont I, you will play a vital role in leading the coordination and delivery of quality, compassionate patient care. You will utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care, ensuring that patients and their families receive the support they need. Your work will directly impact patient outcomes and contribute to the overall success of our healthcare team.

What You Will Do

• Provide leadership in the coordination and delivery of quality compassionate patient care.
• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• Delegate, supervise, and document care and teaching of patients and their families.
• Effectively communicate pertinent patient/family information to the health care team.
• Participate in finding solutions for variances from patient goals and ensure implementation of solutions.

What You Will Need

Required Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
• Current licensure by the Michigan State Board of Nursing.
• Health care provider certification (BCLS).
• 1 Year Critical Care/ICU Nursing Experience

Preferred Qualifications

• BSN preferred.
