Role Overview
As a Clinic Service Representative, you play a vital role in ensuring a seamless patient experience from check-in to check-out. You¿ll support patients, medical staff, and clinic operations by managing registration activities, insurance verification, and financial discussions. Your work directly contributes to the efficiency and excellence of our clinic, making a meaningful impact on patient care and satisfaction.

What You Will Do
- Greet and check in patients, ensuring a welcoming and efficient experience.
- Verify insurance and discuss general financial responsibilities with patients.
- Handle cash collections and reconcile patient charts accurately.
- Preregister patients and manage their discharge process.
- Collaborate with the Customer Service Center for complex financial inquiries.
- Maintain a fast-paced, organized workflow in a team-oriented environment.
