Role Overview
As an RN- Inpatient Weekend Genesys, you will provide leadership in the coordination and delivery of quality, compassionate patient care. You will utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care for patients and their families. Your role is critical in ensuring effective communication with the healthcare team and finding solutions to meet patient goals, making a direct impact on patient outcomes and experiences.

What You Will Do
- Provide leadership in the coordination and delivery of quality, compassionate patient care.
- Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care for patients and their families.
- Effectively communicate pertinent patient/family information to the healthcare team.
- Participate in finding solutions for variances from patient goals and ensure implementation of solutions.
What You Will Need
Required Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
- Minimum of 1 year RN experience; if Nurse Resident, all residency requirements must be completed including clinical requirements.
- Current RN licensure by the Michigan State Board of Nursing.
- Health care provider certification (BCLS).
Preferred Qualifications
- BSN preferred.
