Role Overview

As a Clinic Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for patients, ensuring a seamless and positive experience from check-in to check-out. You¿ll support clinic staff, medical professionals, and patients by managing registration, insurance verification, and financial responsibilities. Your role is vital in maintaining an organized, efficient clinic environment that prioritizes patient care and satisfaction.

What You Will Do

  • Greet and check in patients, ensuring accurate registration and insurance verification.
  • Handle cash collections and discuss general financial responsibilities with patients.
  • Reconcile patient charts and manage discharge processes efficiently.
  • Provide excellent customer service to patients, visitors, and clinic staff in person and over the phone.
  • Work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks with frequent interruptions.
  • Support team members and contribute to a culture of service excellence.

What You Will Need

Required Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Basic computer skills, including navigating software, email, and logging in/out of systems.
  • Ability to perform calculations and complete forms accurately.
  • Strong interpersonal skills for effective communication with diverse populations.
  • Dependable, punctual, and organized with strong multitasking abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with a clinic environment.
  • Experience working with detailed information.
