Our location offers a unique blend of community connection, with easy access to lakefront parks, historic architecture, and the scenic Detroit River corridor. We pride ourselves on delivering compassionate care while being deeply rooted in the neighborhoods we serve, fostering a supportive environment for both patients and staff.

What You Will Do

• Assist with direct patient care, including admissions, discharges, and transfers.
• Assess patient conditions and complete clinical tasks such as IVs and blood draws.
• Respond to clinical emergency situations and resolve issues that impact patient safety and satisfaction.
• Coach patient care unit staff in clinical practice, critical thinking, and customer service skills.
• Coordinate bed utilization within inpatient hospital patient care units.

What You Will Need

Required Qualifications

• Two to three years of relevant acute care nursing experience.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Michigan Nursing License.
• Health care provider certification (BCLS).

Preferred Qualifications

• Baccalaureate degree in Nursing.
• ACLS certification.
