Role Overview
As an Asst-Office Operations, you will play a vital role in providing administrative and clerical support in a medical setting. You¿ll be the first point of contact for patients and visitors, ensuring a welcoming and efficient experience. Your work directly supports healthcare providers and contributes to the smooth operation of patient care services.

What You Will Do
- Greet patients and visitors, check patients in and out, and obtain necessary documentation.
- Verify and enter demographic information, insurance authorizations, and precertifications.
- Complete medical record release requests and schedule/confirm patient appointments.
- Enter, review, and submit charges for patient procedures and services daily.
- Collect co-payments and reconcile daily reports and deposits for accuracy.
- Provide general office and clerical support to your assigned area.

- High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job-specific experience.
