Senior Analyst - Experience Analytics

Role Overview

The Senior Analyst – Experience Analytics, will perform project work of a complex nature in support of the Experience Insights and Analytics team. Project work may include development of dashboards using multiple data sources, creating insights reports and analytics to inform patient journey improvements and guide strategy.  The Lead will also conduct routine training of divisional team members to ensure measurement needs are met. This individual must be comfortable working independently and using data to effectively tell our patient journey story to help colleagues make informed strategy decisions.

What You Will Do

  • Create scalable, innovative approaches to extracting, managing, and analyzing data from customers.
  • Develop metrics to measure key performance indicators (KPI) of implemented initiatives and ROI, including, optimization and troubleshooting recommendations across the entire patient journey.
  • Ability to connect analytics with overarching business questions and understand the link between brand strategy and analytic insights.
  • Deliver dashboards and oversee continuous updates.
  • Partner with IT and external agencies to develop an efficient process for reporting and analytics.
  • Create monthly reports that include multiple data sources, prepare recommendations, and monitor the effectiveness of recommendations postimplementation.

 

What You Will Need

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree, required. 
  • Master’s degree, preferred. 
  • 3-5 years of experience in data analytics, required. 
  • Minimum of 2 years leading complex projects. (e.g. cross-functional workgroups), required. 
  • Highly analytical and able to derive meaning from data through testing and optimization.
  • Ability to extract meaning and suggest action items from data, not just report metrics.
  • Excellent communications skills (both written and verbal) when working with cross-functional teammates who may be either data-driven or more qualitative.
  • Requires the interpersonal skills to be able to interface with internal clients to define objectives and build web pages.
  • Understand large datasets and be comfortable in analyzing according to requirements.
  • Knowledge of visualization in PowerBI, Tableau, PowerPivot, Excel, Web. Analytics and Google Analytics.
  • Priority-setting and project management.
  • Demonstrated learning agility.
  • Effective problem-solving skill.
  • Self-directed and organized with a strong attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Deep understanding of web-related behaviors and trends and ability to optimize for these.
  • SQL Knowledge or other application programming language useful to business use-cases to be able to query from warehouse tables.
  • Database concepts knowledge.
  • Solid understanding of the sales and marketing funnel to drive effective content generation throughout the sales process.
