**What You Will Do**

• **Be a Patient Care Champion:** Keep a close eye on patients during hemodialysis, making sure they're comfortable, safe, and getting the best experience possible—because their well-being is your superpower!
• **Stay Connected & Communicate:** Keep the team in the loop by sharing real-time updates on patient status and any changes. You'll be the bridge between patients and the care team, making sure nothing falls through the cracks.

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Completion of a dialysis technician training program preferred.
• Certification as a Clinical Hemodialysis Technician (CCHT) required within 18-months of employment.
