Role Overview

As a Lab Assistant-Specimen Collect, you play a vital role in supporting patient care by ensuring accurate and efficient specimen collection and processing. You¿ll work closely with patients, laboratory staff, and caregivers to maintain seamless operations, contributing directly to timely and reliable diagnostic results that drive exceptional healthcare outcomes.

What You Will Do

• Perform phlebotomy and specimen collection, ensuring accuracy and patient comfort.
• Process and transport laboratory specimens and materials according to established procedures.
• Conduct point-of-care testing and enter orders into the system.
• Interact professionally with patients, caregivers, and laboratory staff to provide exceptional service.
• Maintain safety and proficiency in handling specimens for all patient age groups.

Required Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Minimum six months of phlebotomy experience
