Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday 8:00 am - 4:30pm 

Wednesday 7:00 am-3:30pm

No weekends or holidays coverage required

Role Overview

As a Hearing Aid Tech, you¿ll play a vital role in supporting our Audiology clinic by assisting with patient care, hearing aid maintenance, and administrative tasks. Working under the supervision of licensed Audiologists and the site Team Leader, you¿ll ensure smooth clinic operations and contribute to delivering high-quality hearing care to our patients.

What You Will Do

  • Assist patients with hearing aid fittings, adjustments, and troubleshooting.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, co-workers, physicians, and other system employees regarding patient care needs.
  • Document all aspects of patient treatment accurately for review and co-signature by the supervising Audiologist.
  • Complete necessary and accurate patient billing information.
  • Work independently and collaborate with the team to ensure clinic efficiency and patient satisfaction.

Qualifications

What You Will Need

Required Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
  • Minimum of 1-3 months on-the-job training.
  • Completion of HFHS training on CarePlus, EPIC, Outlook, and related competencies.
  • Basic Microsoft Word and Excel skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with the hearing-impaired population, both in person and on the telephone.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a healthcare or audiology setting.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in customer service through ongoing training and in-services.
