Job Description

**General Summary: RN Registered Nurse Medical/Surgical**

**Henry Ford Providence Novi Hospital | Part Time Midnights 7pm-7:30am | Rotating Weekends and Holidays**

**Sign on Bonus Eligible: Up to $4,500 for Part Time Nights**

  • Deliver quality, compassionate patient care utilizing the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation
  • Provide, delegate, supervise, and document patient care and education for patients and families
  • Communicate pertinent patient and family information to the healthcare team and participate in identifying solutions for care variances

Qualifications

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: BSN preferred. Graduation from an accredited school of nursing. Clinical knowledge and analytical abilities necessary to formulate effective nursing care plans. Ability to perform a wide variety of professional nursing services. Ability to effectively communicate with patients, families, and hospital personnel. CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSURES REQUIRED: Current licensure by the Michigan State Board of Nursing. Health care provider certification (BCLS).

Henry Ford Providence Novi Hospital is a 277-bed facility offering advanced specialty care spanning cardiology, oncology, neuroscience, orthopedics, women’s services, and more, including treatment at its comprehensive stroke center and Level II trauma center. 
The hospital provides leading-edge treatments and technologies to address the diverse healthcare needs of the local community. 

Nursing Units 4C and 4D are adult inpatient units consisting of a 17-bed Medical-Surgical unit (4C) and a 15-bed Medical-Surgical/Oncology unit (4D). Together, these units provide comprehensive, patient-centered care for a diverse population of medical, surgical, and oncology patients. Our multidisciplinary team is dedicated to delivering safe, high-quality care, promoting positive patient outcomes, and supporting patients and families throughout their healthcare journey.
