Role Overview
As an Administrative Secretary, you will provide essential support to our healthcare team by performing secretarial duties such as typing correspondence, maintaining files, and distributing mail. Your role is crucial in ensuring smooth operations and effective communication within the department. You will work under the supervision of a leader, using discretion and judgment to manage tasks and interactions.

What You Will Do
- Type routine correspondence and forms accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain organized files and records for easy access and retrieval.
- Distribute departmental mail and other materials promptly.
- Screen visitors and telephone calls with professionalism and tact.
- Make necessary grammatical or spelling changes in correspondence.
- Organize your workload to meet established priorities and deadlines.
Qualifications
What You Will Need
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- Literacy and experience working with Microsoft Software Programs.
Preferred Qualifications
- One (1) year of experience within an office setting.
- Previous experience scheduling appointments/maintaining calendars.
